Information you provide
We may receive your name, work email, organisation, project details and any information included in an enquiry or email. If you request a report through the website, we may keep the report title and the email address needed to respond.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, understand a proposed assignment, deliver requested material and manage an engagement. We do not sell or rent contact details for marketing.
Project enquiry delivery
Project enquiries are saved in our hosted database and are accessible through our password-protected admin dashboard. We also send the submitted fields to FormSubmit to request an email notification to contact@rmskanalytics.com. If the email service is unavailable, the enquiry remains saved for our review. Do not include confidential investment information in the initial enquiry. We can discuss secure sharing if a project proceeds. FormSubmit's own privacy practices apply to information it processes.
Website technology
The site does not intentionally use advertising or profiling cookies. Technical hosting logs may be processed by the hosting provider to operate and secure the service. The form service may use anti-spam verification when you submit an enquiry.
Retention
We retain enquiry and engagement information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver work, maintain business records and meet legal or tax obligations.
Your requests
You may ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you, subject to records we must retain by law. Contact contact@rmskanalytics.com.
