Two different events
A correction is an error in our reasoning, transcription, calculation or method. A source-data revision occurs when the underlying issuer or data provider changes a historical figure after our work was prepared. We record the distinction clearly.
What may trigger a correction
A reader challenge, internal review or re-performance of a calculation may identify a material error. We assess the evidence, reproduce the relevant step and document the outcome.
How updates are shown
Material corrections are identified on the affected report or page with an updated date and a short explanation of what changed. Minor typographical or link fixes may be made without a formal version note.
How to contact us
Please send the report title or page, the relevant figure or passage, your concern and any supporting source to contact@rmskanalytics.com. We welcome good-faith challenges to the work.
